Role of the ICC

In compliance with the guidelines of the UGC and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, VK College has established the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).

The primary objective of the ICC is to prevent sexual harassment, promote gender amity, and ensure a mechanism for registering and resolving complaints effectively and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities

Organize gender sensitization awareness programs.
Provide a safe environment for female students and staff.
Conduct formal, unbiased inquiries into complaints.
Recommend appropriate disciplinary or corrective action.
